Game & Venison
All our Game including Venison is available during the open season (early November to the end of January) except Rabbits and Pigeons which are available all year round.
The Game is shot locally at Blicking and the surrounding countryside and processed on our premises.
Pheasants, Ducks, English Partridge, French Partridge, Pigeon, Woodcock, Rabbit, Hares and Snipe.
Frozen Guinea Fowl: 1.36kg /3Ib approx.
All our venison is wild for a more distinct flavour.
Roasting Joints: Boneless sirloin and topside
Grilling Steaks: Accompanied with our own Redcurrant Jelly makes for a fantastic dish
Cubed Venison: Ideal for casseroles or the slow cooker
Venison and Red Wine Sausages: Fantastic in a sausage casserole
Venison Saddle Chops: Just grill and serve slighty pink in the middle
Haunch Venison: Excellent to roast, easy to carve and super low in fat.
