SAUSAGES
All our sausages are made on the premises and tied in the
traditional
way using natural casings.
We offer a range of gluten free
sausages
for those on gluten free and carb free diets.
In addition we can
substitute rusk for potato or corn flour for a gluten free alternative
on a
further
range of sausages ...actually, come to think of it, we can make
anything if you tell us what your likes and dislikes are!

| Pork and Mustard Sausages: Using pork and whole grain mustard doesn’t make
this hot it just leaves a
nice sensation on your lips.... Just like that very first kiss. |
| Pork and Apple Sausages: A great pork sausage ideal for breakfast with a
definite undertone of bramley
apples. Slightly sweet and very definitely succulent, this is a real
winner with kids. |
| Pork with Sun dried Tomato and Basil
Sausages:
A brilliant sausage with
flavours of sun dried
tomato and basil punching their way through the pork with every
mouthful. |
| Pork and Garlic Sausages: Not for the faint hearted. This sausage has a
serious garlic problem. |

Sausages: This is served in approximately 1/2kg rings. Having a
little more black pepper it
has a small bite. When cooking its rather nice with a dollop of our

Beef and lamb with garlic, paprika and cayenne
pepper – little sticks
of dynamite! |
| Chorizo Sausages: Pork, red and green peppers, tomato, garlic and chopped
chillies. |
| Lamb and Mint Sausages: Minced lamb marinated overnight in a garden mint
sauce before making
into sausages. |
Italian
Sausages: An original italian recipe found in the Alps, containing
pork, salt, black pepper,
chilli seed, crushed fennel seed, garlic and cloves marinated in red
wine. |
| Cypriot Sausages: An original cypriot sausage recipe with minced pork blended
with flat leaf parsley,
red onions, sea salt, black pepper, ground cinnamon, breadcrumbs and
white wine. |

| Chicken with Sage and Onion
Sausages: A mixture of boneless and skinless thigh and
breast meat mixed with sage and onion |

Prime chuck stead blended with chilli and garlic |

Pork and leeks mixed with breadcrumbs which lighten the

Slightly milder than the leek sausage, but still very tasty! |

Pork mixed with cranberrys makes this sausage slightly

This is a South African recipe which
contains beef, pork, garlic,
black pepper, salt, coriander, nutmeg, ground cloves, Worcestershire
sauce and vinegar. This a dense
richly flavoured sausage you really must try. |
